Contexte et objectifs
An automobile manufacturer materials lab which was looking for a reliable and versatile measurement solution intended to better understand the thermoplastic materials used in vehicles and which could operate on different universal testing machines (electromechanical and hydraulic) made call ProViSys engineering. 
Aims
- Accurately and reliably measure deformations undergone by materials in traction, compression and high-speed traction
- Determine macro-mechanical quantities in different environments: ambient, hot and cold
- Operation and perfect integration on different existing means
- Control deformation tests
- Precision required below one micron
Solution
To meet this request we installed version FVX02 of VideoTraction which perfectly met all the customer's expectations.
